Beautiful inside, the staff were absolutely amazing. So kind and friendly and helpful even when I came downstairs late at night looking for random stuff because my son was unwell. They genuinely couldn’t do enough for you. I have unfortunately left it far too long since I stayed to remember anybody’s names but I can honestly say that everyone, reception, kitchen, cleaners, security was lovely

The entire facility seems to have been recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful with lots of gorgeous tile work throughout. The room was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was terrific. The Wi-Fi coverage throughout the facility and in our room was excellent and consistent. But most of all the staff are simply outstanding! Everyone was so friendly and yet professional. Fabrizia and Teodora at the front desk have been exceptionally helpful and have made our time here so enjoyable with their wonderful recommendations and were an absolute pleasure to engage with.We will miss seeing them and hope to return in the future. There is plenty of free parking on the square in front of the hotel and it is literally just about three blocks to the main pedestrian square in Noto. We have found Noto to be an absolutely wonderful place in and of itself and also a terrific base for visiting some of the best beaches in Sicily. We are so happy that you chose to stay here instead of staying in some of the beach towns nearby. Noto has so much to offer. We will also recommend this hotel to all of our friends.

Nice with staff at the reception 24/7. Exceptionally good service from the reception staff - always willing to give recommendations for restaurants, excursions and transport options.

Just a short walk to the lovely historic centre of Noto. Easy free parking in square. Good breakfast with yummy Sicilian pastries. Super friendly staff, especially the receptionist Federica who was always ready for a chat and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to visit, even in other places!

It is nice that street parking is available just outside the hotel! The rooms are tastefully done and spacious with a great bath shower. Delicious full breakfast included and all the staff are wonderful and ready to assist in any way. The location provides easy access to the center of Noto for seeing notable sights and enjoying a nice variety of dining options.

Hotel Simon Bolivar made our 10-day summer holiday a 100% perfect experience. The whole staff was always friendly and helpful. They kept wearing medical masks against the covid, while still trying to offer the best service. The breakfast, the room cleaning, the greetings, the trip suggestions... There's nothing I could judge. Also, the location is amazing. 5 mins walk to the centre of Noto, where you can find top-level cafes, restaurants and the charm of world cultural heritage. You can also reach the main cities in south-east Sicily with a 1-hour drive. I hope I can come back in the near future and hug the lovely staff! grazie mille! Vi auguro tutto il meglio!

Everything, friendly approachable helpful staff, great location, walking distance to central district, public transport close by to travel to the beach. Maintained well, clean, good breakfast options.
